Price Beat Guarantee

  1. Overview. At Australian Dash Cams, we are committed to offering the best possible value to our customers. If you find a lower price on an identical product from an eligible competitor, we will gladly beat it by $10, subject to the terms and conditions below.
  2. Eligibility requirements. All of the following must be met:
    • An Identical product: exact match on brand, model number, colour, year, specifications and included accessories or warranties.
    • An Authorised Australian retailers only: the competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer, not an unauthorised reseller, grey-market importer, private seller or overseas-based website.
    • In stock and available: the competitor's product must be currently in stock, brand new, factory-sealed and available for immediate purchase and delivery at the time of evaluation.
    • An Apples-to-apples total cost: the comparison is on total landed cost, being the competitor's product price plus any mandatory delivery or shipping fees, handling charges and applicable taxes.
  3. Exclusions. The guarantee does not apply to: competitor clearance items, liquidations, close-outs, fire sales or end-of-line stock; pricing errors or typographical mistakes; member-only pricing, wholesale or commercial bulk quotes, or educational or corporate discounts; group-buying or auction sites (eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace); or products sold through third-party marketplaces (Amazon Marketplace, Catch Marketplace) and fulfilled by a third-party vendor.
  4. Timing of claims. Price beat requests must be submitted before completing your purchase. This guarantee cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.
  5. Verification and submission. Customers must provide verifiable proof of the competitor's price, such as a direct link to the competitor's live product page, a current official quote, or a printed advertisement. Australian Dash Cams reserves the right to verify the competitor's price, stock position and legitimacy, and to limit the quantity eligible per customer.
  6. Modification or termination. Australian Dash Cams reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Price Beat Guarantee and its terms at any time without prior notice.
