WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Warranty

All products listed for sale on this website come with the standard manufacturers warranty - for third party warranty information, please refer to the manufacturers website. If within the allocated warranty period, a claim is required, Australian Dash Cams will be happy to facilitate the claim. In order for a warranty claim to be processed, please follow the below steps;

1. Contact us via email with the details of the issue, defect or accidental damage.

2. Provide any photographic evidence before the product is removed.

3. Provide a copy of your receipt of purchase and proof of ID.

Once your claim has been determined by our staff as claimable, we will then require the product to be shipped to our store at your expense. Please note, that within the current serviced areas, one of our technicians can be booked to remove the product for you at the standard service call out fee rate.

All warranty claim products will be sent to the appropriate manufacturer, and it is at their discretion as to whether a product is in fact deemed faulty and fixed or replaced under warranty. Australian Dash Cams take no responsibility if the product is deemed in working order and we seek compensation for time and shipping costs if required.
