Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE!

 

From receipt of full payment of your purchase, all orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Please note that if you pay using a debit/credit card, funds are not received for 1-2 business days - please allow for this delay.

 

Delivery times are subject to your location within Australia and can be anywhere from same business day up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location within Australia and the size of your order. You can contact our friendly staff members via phone or email to request a more specific delivery time for your location. 


For bulk orders, please contact us via phone or email to receive the shipping amount and expected time of delivery.

All items are packaged to high standards before shipping and when purchasing our products for delivery please understand that Australian Dash Cams Co does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged items once the item has been collected from our depot. All items are shipped as new with no damage. Any existing damages will be noted and advised before shipping. 

Australian Dash Cams Co does not take any responsibility for late shipment/stock level issues from our suppliers. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to third party issues, we will contact you to offer an alternate product or discuss a refund. 

Please note that NO order will be sent to a PO Box - a physical address must be provided. 

Returns Policy

It is recommended that you contact us via phone or email before placing an order if you are unsure as to whether the product you are wanting to purchase will suit your needs. However, if within 7 days of delivery you find a product unsuitable, it may be returned for a full refund subject to the following conditions;

  • Items must be returned in an 'as new' condition.

  • Software etc which are shrink wrapped or in sealed packaging must be unbroken

  • All manuals, mounts, cables, packaging and accessories must be returned with the item

  • Items returned with missing items or missing/damaged packaging will incur a surcharge of up to 25% of product price.

  • Return postage costs are at the buyers expense

Certain items are not included in the 7 day refund;

  • Custom items such as cut cables

  • Altered items to suit specifically requested needs

If you wish to return an item please contact us by email with your order number with 7 days of delivery. All items are tracked and delivery dates noted. Once we have provided an RGA (return goods authority)

number please return the item to us at the following address;

PLEASE NOTE: Refunded amounts are minus the original shipping fees incured by Australian Dash Cams Co. 

It is the buyers responsibility to return the product in the condition that it arrived. It is recommended that an insured delivery service is used as Australian Dash Cams Co takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items being returned by the buyer. 

Any item returned to us without an authorised RGA number will not be accepted or refunded.
